Chicken is widely available in the supermarket. Make use of this convenient ingredient to make some delicious dishes.

500g Chicken without skin and bone
Oil for frying
Seasoning
1 cup Curd
3 tsp pepper
2 tsp Garlic Paste
2 tsp Ginger Paste
½ tsp salt
Pakoda Mixture
½ cup Maida flour
1 tsp red chilly powder
2 tsp pepper
1 tsp Garlic Paste
1 tsp Ginger Paste
Salt for taste

Method
· Cut chickens into slices of around 1 inch squares and wash it.
· Marinate the chicken with seasoning and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
· Put the chicken in a non stick fry pan and let the both sides of chicken in steam for 10 minutes. Don’t put oil for steaming the chicken.
· Remove the chicken from fry pan and let it cool.
· Mix the pakoda mixture well with required water to make a paste.
· Now the chicken pieces are coated with the pakoda mixture.
· Put a fry pan with oil and deep fry the chicken pieces coated with pakoda mixture until its colour changes to golden brown.
· Serve the chicken pakoda with coriander or mint chutney or tomato ketchup
